NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence). One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on the date mentioned in our Instagram post.

02Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message (DM) or the method specified in the official giveaway post. Chilitos will never ask for payment, credit card information, passwords, or other sensitive financial information to claim a prize.
03Prize Claim Deadline
The selected winner must respond and claim their prize within five (5) calendar days of being notified. If the winner does not respond within the allotted time, an alternate winner may be selected.
04Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or fees associated with acceptance of the prize, if applicable.
05Fraudulent Entries
Chilitos reserves the right to disqualify any participant who submits fraudulent, incomplete, automated, duplicate, or otherwise invalid entries, or who attempts to manipulate, interfere with, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the giveaway.
06Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees, where permitted by law, to allow Chilitos to use their name, likeness, social media handle, photo, and/or submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
07Privacy
By entering this giveaway, participants agree that information submitted may be used by Chilitos solely for administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and related promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the giveaway or as required by law.
08Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Chilitos, its affiliates, partners, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries arising out of participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
