Placing Orders
Terms of purchase/net terms
Payments are due upon purchase. No net terms currently available.
We accept payment through our website or via invoice. We accept the following payment methods: visa, mastercard, amex, discover, apple pay, paypal, google pay. If you want to pay by check please email us at hello@mychilitos.com and we'll send you an invoice and our mailing address to send your payment by check. If paying by check, your order will be processed and fulfilled after the check payment clears.
MOQ
MOQ is only 1 case (1 case has 24 4oz bags).
Turnaround time
Orders will be ready to ship within 7 days of placing the order.
Customers have 3 days from date of purchase to cancel the order.
Canceled orders will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping terms
Retailer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Chilitos will cover cost of insuring the shipment.
All orders will be covered by shipping insurance.
Problems with orders
Damages during transit
All orders will be covered by shipping insurance, so any damaged items received can be refunded by filing a claim with either the carrier or shipsurance from shopify.
If any damaged items are received, we will require picture proof before we start the claim process.
Lost orders
All orders will be covered by shipping insurance, so any lost or stolen orders can be refunded by filing a claim with either the carrier or shipsurance from shopify.
Wrong order received
If the wrong order is received, the customer has 72 hours from the date of delivery to let us know the wrong order was received.
The customer must submit a picture verification of the wrong order received.
Customers have the option of keeping the wrong order and receive a 10% refund per incorrect case received. Or they can send the order back (Chilitos will pay for the return label) and they will get the correct order delivered within 3 days of us receiving the wrong order.
Returns/refunds/cancellations
All sales are final and there will be no refunds once the order is received by the customer except for when:
- The wrong order was received (customer will have the option to get a 10% refund to keep incorrect cases received plus a refund for the price difference if the order received costs less than the order placed.)
- The delivered order was lost or stolen (in which case a claim will be filed and the refund will come from shipping insurance)
- The order arrived damaged (in which case a claim will be filed and any refunds will come from shipping insurance)
- No returns will be accepted for unsold or expired inventory
- Cancellations will only be approved when requested within 3 days of placing the order. A 10% restocking fee will be charged.
