NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence). Giveaway begins on June 11, 2026 and ends on July 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on Instagram on July 31, 2026.

Entry Limit
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.
Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message (DM). Chilitos will never ask for payment, credit card information, or passwords to claim a prize.
Prize Claim Deadline
The selected winner must respond and claim their prize within five (5) calendar days of being notified. If the winner does not respond within the allotted time, an alternate winner may be selected.
Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or fees associated with acceptance of the prize, if applicable.
Fraudulent Entries
Chilitos reserves the right to disqualify any participant who submits fraudulent, incomplete, automated, or otherwise invalid entries or who attempts to manipulate or interfere with the giveaway.
Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Chilitos to use their name, likeness, social media handle, photo, and/or submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
Privacy
By entering this giveaway, participants agree that any information submitted may be used by Chilitos solely for administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and related promotional purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
